Accounts must be paid in full before they are closed. Any leased equipment must be returned. (go to https://customercare.relia.net to check your balance and make any final payments instantly by credit card, otherwise additional billing charges/late fees may apply.)

Remove any/all email and web hosting files from the server.
(e-mails and web files are automatically deleted after cancellation, if you need any of these files, please download them before canceling). We are unable to restore files from cancelled accounts.

Please note that discontinuing use of your account does not cancel your account or discontinue billing. Service and billing will continue until your account is properly closed using this cancellation form. Accounts closed due to non-payment need to be paid in full and will accrue late fees.
